Loan and real-estate document signing services are available. Pricing is quoted to the hiring company based on the package, printing requirements, scanbacks, travel, and appointment conditions.
Prepare for service
Before Your Appointment
- Bring acceptable government-issued identification permitted under Iowa law.
- Wait to sign when the requested notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence.
- Complete the document in advance, leaving only the appropriate signature and notarization areas unfinished.
- Confirm witness requirements and arrange witnesses unless coordination has been requested.
